All orders are processed within 4-6 workdays. In case you haven’t gotten your Goods within 14 days after getting your shipping confirmation email, then please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to or by calling us at +45 4369 1669.

Consumer Rights Law

All orders gives you a one-year warranty and it is not possible to agree on a shorter period, or that the warranty does not apply to all parts of the product. Your right may expire before the warranty period has expired, if worn parts are not intended to last for a year or are worn by natural use before the deadline.


Shipping only in Denmark on bridge fixed islands.
Shipping in Europe unlimited.

All prices in EURO are without VAT. All orders are sent as letters / packages / pallets by posted mail or courier.

    Shipping prices:

  • Stock Handling fee of € 8,-.
  • Letters and packages up to 1 kg = €15,-
  • 1EUR pallets = 0,4 LDM / 740 kg / 2,4 m3
  • 1/4 EUR pallets according to weight and size.
  • 1/2 EUR pallets according to weight and size.
  • 1/1 EUR pallets according to weight and size.

Bigger shipments may have variable prices.

IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of goods, it is for the recipient to check the packaging for shipping damage before the goods are unpacked. Damaged product must be at receiver until the shipping company has dealt with the case. Subsequently, the unopened product will be returned to sender.

Reservations / Disclaimers

We make reservation for printing / typing errors and obsolete items and items on backorder. Goods that are back ordered, not appear in the product description in the web shop. Oempizzasystem.com cannot be held responsible for delays or costs involved.
